For exposed copper piping in Ordinary Hazard occupancies, can the joints be soldered (sweat) together or must they be brazed?

They must be brazed as they are exposed.

Just curious where you're using this? I'm imagining sensing lines for a pump or line piping for an MRI room?

Viega ProPress fittings are UL listed for fire protection use including dry pipe systems.
