Is it downloadable, or online?

Both! The Toolkit has two versions; a downloadable version, and a cloud-based online version.
The downloadable version works on top of Microsoft Excel, but operates similar to its on program (requires installation). The cloud-based online version requires no download or installation and simply requires login. |

What do I need to run the Toolkit?

For the online cloud-only version, you'll only need your login (which you receive after purchase).
For the downloadable version, the Toolkit requires Microsoft Excel on a Windows-based computer. |

What is my Activation Code?

Your Activation Code for the downloadable version of the Toolkit is sent via email from [email protected] about 2 minutes after purchase. Be sure to check spam folders.

Does it work on a Mac?
|
The online cloud-only version works on a Mac, but the downloadable version does not.

Is this a multi-user license?
|
Yes! Your license can be installed on multiple computers and is intended to be shared with your coworkers in your office.
Online access will allow one person to login at a time, so for more than about ten users, needing to re-login may become cumbersome. If single-user login is needed, we recommend MeyerFire University which has single-user login, our iOS and Android app, includes the entire MeyerFire Toolkit, and also includes all our cheatsheets and courses. |

Is there a free trial?

We don't have a trial, but we do have a workaround; it's 100% guaranteed. If you try it and don't like it, you can get a full refund (no reason needed).
