Volume & Compressor Sizer calculates a fire sprinkler system's total water capacity from its pipe, then generates the applicable NFPA 13 requirements and recommends an air compressor sized to the system.

Enter two sets of inputs:

System Type & NFPA 13 Edition — the sprinkler system type (Dry, Pre-Action, Wet, or Deluge) and code edition (2002–2025) drive the capacity and drainage requirements.
Pipe Volume — for each pipe size, the schedule / wall thickness and total installed length, plus any additional fixed volume.

The tool reports the total system volume, the capacity & drainage code notes for the selected system type and edition — each with its exact NFPA 13 citation — and the smallest air-compressor model from each manufacturer that covers the volume.
