WHAT ARE MY LOGIN CREDENTIALS?
To login, use your organization's login email and password. This information was emailed to the person who signed up your organization for MeyerFire University.
Each organization has one login, and it’s the same.
HOW ARE MY EXAMS TRACKED THEN?
Whenever you sign up for a course or take an exam, you’ll be asked for your user email. This is your email. You don’t need to use this to login; you only need to provide it when you’re asked for it.
WHY SO CONFUSING?
Many organizations share login information. It’s OK- we get it. Rather than fight the system, we embraced it. If you have people that don’t need to take a course or earn continuing education, but want to watch the content? Great! They don’t have to creep over your shoulder or hide in the back of the conference room, just give them the login credentials too.
We want this platform to be accessible, easy to use, and valuable to your organization.
WHY ADD USERS?
Each organization will have a specific number of users on their account. Users can sign up for courses, get their daily email with video content, have their education tracked, take exams, take on-demand courses, and get credit for their training. If there are others who don’t fit this criteria but want to watch, they won’t need their own user account.
The number of logins for an organization is monitored, but the threshold is pretty high. If you have questions about the number of users for your organization’s account, reach out to us at info@meyerfire.com.

This comes up sometimes with the On-Demand Courses. Be sure that you ENROLL in the on-demand course before you watch all the videos in the series. There’s a time delay and engagement tracker on there, and that has not yet elapsed completely.

If you enroll, watch all the videos, and afterwards still can’t take an exam – then email us at support@meyerfire.com and we’ll get it fixed as soon as possible.
