First, make sure you're logging into MeyerFire University at www.meyerfireuniversity.com/start.
This is an entirely separate domain that is specifically made for MeyerFire University. After a user is registered, each user has their own login and password.

To access your personal dashboard for MeyerFire University, visit www.meyerfireuniversity.com/start.
WHY ADD USERS?
Each organization will have a specific number of users on their account. Users can sign up for courses, get their daily email with video content, have their education tracked, take exams, take on-demand courses, and get credit for their training. If there are others who don’t fit this criteria but want to watch, they won’t need their own user account.
The number of logins for an organization is monitored, but the threshold is pretty high. If you have questions about the number of users for your organization’s account, reach out to us at [email protected].
