I recently obtained an annual full flow fire pump flow test data via hose monsters and pitotless nozzles to open atmosphere.
I am attempting to develop a graph from scratch in Excel for the fire pump curve or honestly, find one that is already built on line where I can plug in each data point for the Actual results (Churn, 100%, and 150%) and Theoretical/Design (Churn, 100% and 150%). Does anyone know of such available graphs or advice on steps to develop in Excel (or a different program)? Thank you in advance. Sent in anonymously for discussion. Google N1.85 graph paper for some results.

I have some excel files to plot fire pump tests and hydrant tests (including with Q1.85 scale).

Frank, If you read this, please can you share the excel file for fire pump tests and acceptance flow test as per NFPA25 ? I would really appreciate it. Thanks

Hose Monster and Pilotless nozzles do not have the same formula to find GPM. This is specific to the MFG and addressed in their FAQ's. The formulas within NFPA are specific to taking the reading form the hydrant directly, not through additional equipment.
