Key Responsibilities:
- This role is almost exclusively illustration. We'll be recreating images to meet a specifically branded style (architectural watercolor ink sketch) from source materials that might include photos, computer-drafted models, screenshots from videos, or adaptation of our own illustrations.
- The output material is .jpg and .psd files, generally 1500 - 1800px in width.
- The illustrations are used for articles, educational videos in long-form education and short-form online (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Reels).
Credentials: An ideal candidate would be:
- Someone who loves sketching digitally
- Someone who is digitally savvy
Critical Skills: An ideal candidate would:
- be self-motivated and able to work independently
- be willing to learn and work in the nuances of our established illustrative style (we have a few key and unique points of emphasis)
- be deadline-oriented
- be ready to communicate concerns and coordinate workload
- be savvy with digital art tools
- be a fluent English speaker
