BM: Submitted Comment: Problem 172 (I think) should use a coefficient of 8.7 m^/g per NCEES 3.6.20 for flaming plastic fuels. See equation 33.28 in HFPE 5th pg 1081.

Both 7.6 and 8.7 m^2/g are listed in NCEES and the Handbooks. 7.6 is listed generally for "flaming combustion" while 8.7 is based on newer research and is stated to be applicable for "flaming combustion of wood and plastic fuels." In my opinion, 8.7 m^2/g is the better coefficient to use here.
