If you are a member of the National Fire Sprinkler Association, I would reach out to them. They always teach about updates and would probably be happy to share the information.

NFPA held a webinar on the 2019 Edition changes just in July. I don't see an archive link anywhere on the NFPA Xchange, but you could follow those webinars and other resources here: https://www.nfpa.org/Training-and-Events/By-type/Webinars

I agree with Division Chief Janet A. Washburn, but since this is only 2018, NFPA 13-2019 has not been published.

If you're in the DMV area, Ken Isman is doing a presentation on the 2019 edition of NFPA 13 at the SFPE Chesapeake Chapter Meeting on 10/18 at University of Maryland. Should be a really solid presentation.

NFPA 13-2019 has been published and is the current edition of NFPA 13. See https://www.nfpa.org/codes-and-standards/all-codes-and-standards/list-of-codes-and-standards/detail?code=13

Read the introduction on the first page of the standard and there is a summary of changes and additions.
