What range of heights are allowed for standpipe hose connections above the landing in a stairwell?

900 mm to 1200 mm from the floor level

There are also local AHJ requirements that should be vetted as well, some AHJ's want it at a specific elevation or have specific clearances when installed in a cabinet etc...
